Through these experiences I have learned how to love people well and become excellent in what I do: help people prepare for their future goals and dreams while protecting themselves and ones they care about most.
I help train, recruit, interview, and hire new advisors to help impact the United States in a positive direction and establish long lasting financial plans for individuals, businesses, and families across the nation.
I operate as a Field Director and Financial Advisor through Northwestern Mutual in the West Los Angeles office. I have and continue to develop a practice that impacts the way people view their finances and achieve their financial and personal goals I spend 75% of my time working with clients and developing a compelling and life changing practice, and the other 25% of my time helping select, develop, and train our new financial advisors. I help mentor, coach, hire, and interview our next generation of advisors!
I work with companies and individuals to help create videos that they are proud of. I help companies communicate their passion into video content that expresses their love for their work and clients. From storyboarding and content development to editing and color correction, I am able to help with every step of the process in creating your video.
I help create and integrate more efficient processes for BlueShoe Media to be able to tell stories. This involves finding out the best way to find and hear stories from around the world, as well as how to best serve the stories we hear.
I traveled to Germany as a private contractor and listened to people's stories and lives, hearing their stories to better connect communities around the world on an empathic level.
I work to provide everyone with an exceptional experience not only in outdoor knowledge, but also in equipment from our store, or stores around the nation, whichever is able to serve them best.
