Provide strategic regional leadership for the advancement of the core competencies of manufacturing technology and plant operations. While retaining all aspects of the “Site Operations Leader” role, tasked to champion regional change from an operational and manufacturing technology perspective for plant operations, JV manufacturing and toll contracting. Hold full accountability to ensure adherence to core values, IP protection, corporate best practices, people/skills development and regional networking.
