-Manages and participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures for the Waterpark. -Ensures the Waterpark meets or exceeds expected revenue and per capita goals in assigned areas by maximizing revenue opportunities. -Develops and maintains ongoing customer satisfaction measurement procedures and implements identified improvements; resolves customer complaints. -Selects, supervises, trains, motivates and evaluates staff; provides or coordinates staff training; works with employees to correct deficiencies; implements discipline as needed. -Develops and implements Waterpark Emergency action plans and procedures.
Facilitate the operations of all in-park revenue.
