  • Restoration Druid Class Leader at Limited Edition
    Jan 2016 - Apr 2016 · 4 mos

I took part in the World of Warcraft private server: Nostalrius PvE between January - April 2016 and was the #1 Horde Restoration Druid player on the server. I was apart of the joint #1 raiding guild: Limited Edition and was appointed the prestigious rank of Druid Class leader. In this senior position within the guild, I took on extra responsibilities on top of my own character: 1. Recruitment of new Druid class players to join L.E core raiding teams - 'Cold calling' Druid players on the server, interviewing hopeful applicants and in charge of selecting new recruits into the guild. 2. Managing existing Druid class players in the guild - This involved mentoring of new recruits - seasoned veterans on how to maximize performance of their class/class specialization, assessing the performance of all restoration Druids during raids, responsible for promoting or expelling players based on their performance and overall behaviour within the guild, and kept in frequent contact with all Druid class players in the guild to determine weekly availability. 3. Assisted the Guild Leader with general management of Limited Edition. The position of Druid Class Leader of L.E. and being #1 player of my class/class specialization on the server highlights numerous skills: - Dedication, critical attention to detail, time management, organisation/prioritization, commitment, excellent communication and presentation skills, fast reflexes, resilience, problem solving skills, flexibility/adaptability, 1337 skills, determination, and most of all, absolutely no life. Other notable achievements I obtained while playing on Nostalrius PvE: - #1 Horde Restoration Druid on the server - In the top 5 most heavily geared Restoration Druids on the server. 690/750 +Healing Bonus (at the time of the current content patch). - Levelled from 1-60 (level cap) in 6 days 18 hours (average completion time: 9-12 days) - Obtained my epic mount (cost 1000 gold) in 1 week - Earned ~ 8000 gold ($2400)
