• Implement and manage programs, policies and procedures to effectively secure and grow sales out and brand awareness within assigned territory. • Provide territory accounts with staff training and support to ensure standards of excellence in product knowledge, product presentation (merchandising) and inventory management. • Identify opportunities and threats relative to assigned accounts within territory and develop actionable plans to overcome threats and take advantage of opportunities to grow share. Seek and provide information regarding competitive products, sales promotions, selling techniques, pricing, warranties and marketing policies. • Assist in development of impactful in-store events and education, and manage effective implementation of same within established budgetary constraints.
Responsible for recruiting and mentoring new educators. Works with team to plan and execute education events. Assists Sate Team to achieve goals with distributors.
Training American Crew accounts with the latest in cutting, styling and product knowledge. Supporting the Sales Team through trade shows, multi-vendor events and detailing with distributor partners.
