I am a construction, manufacturer/supplier, and real estate attorney with experience advising and representing owners, developers, builders, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, manufacturers, material suppliers, and other trade businesses in complex disputes, transactions, risk management, and strategic business matters. Served as Associate General Counsel for Veev, by Lennar, advising executive leadership and business teams across a vertically integrated California residential builder, developer, general contractor, and off-site manufacturer. Counseled on construction, real estate development, employment, manufacturing, procurement, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, claims, and operational risk across the full lifecycle of residential homebuilding—from land acquisition and project delivery through customer care, warranty, and dispute resolution. Managed litigation and claims strategy, directed outside counsel, conducted internal investigations, and partnered with construction, development, manufacturing, procurement, HR, finance, R&D, and customer care teams to implement practical legal and compliance solutions.
