I am People & Systems Scientist building the next era of human optimization by incorporating full complexity of the human being — psychological, biological and quantum, as well as systems science. My work integrates human factors, applied psychology, systems science, and quantum physics–informed wellness, examining how energy, information, and environment shape human cognition, physiology, and performance. Grounded by advanced graduate and doctoral training and decades of applied research and experience, I bring scientific rigor and discernment to questions often reduced to motivation, hacks or trends. As Founder of Quantum Wellness Labs and Empirical Mystic, I design and validate assessment-first, multidimensional optimization frameworks that integrate the human performance science, bio-field intelligence and electromagnetic coherence, subconscious and neuro- transformational techniques and non-invasive quantum bio-technologies. Drawing from quantum principles—such as coherence, resonance, and information transfer—I approach optimization the same way I approach any complex system: I measure and map constraints across physical, cognitive, emotional, environmental, and energetic layers, then design optimization protocols to restore alignment, efficiency, and resilience. Alongside my entrepreneurial ventures, I serve as senior human factors expert at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, supporting safety-critical systems, where human error, workload, and system design decisions carry serious consequences. As a parent, I couldn’t ignore a growing gap in our outdated education system—one that is failing to prepare children for an AI-driven world. That realization led me to co-found Avalon AI Club, a community-based learning space where the next generation builds a conscious, ethical, and empowered relationship with artificial intelligence. Educating kids about Al isn’t optional anymore - it’s essential. It's my sons and I joint venture: A safe environment for elementary school children to explore the world of artificial intelligence. In Avalon Al Club, kids discover the real abilities of Al through hands-on projects, creative problem-solving and teamwork.
