I see what businesses could become. For more than two decades, I have worked with leaders, businesses and organisations to turn vision into strategy, positioning and movement. My strongest work often begins with a CEO or founder talking me through the business. The product. The market. The customer. The dream. The frustrations. The ideas that have been discussed but never quite moved. I listen. I ask questions. I connect the picture. I naturally look beyond the current version of a business and ask: What could this become? Who else could it serve? Which markets may exist around the product? What are we missing? My work sits across growth strategy, market opportunity, brand positioning, strategic narrative and activation. I have spent more than 20 years leading communication, marketing and brand strategy across investment, healthcare, telecommunications, fintech, agriculture, education, media and civil society. I hold a PhD in Communication Management and have served in senior executive roles including Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Director and CEO. My experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams, building national campaigns, shaping complex multi-brand portfolios and helping businesses develop clearer routes to market. The results of my work have included a campaign that attracted approximately 2,500 new paying members and generated R450,000 in monthly recurring contributions, leading a 30-person multidisciplinary team and R5 million campaign, and helping take innovations from technical products and early ideas into live market environments and new strategic conversations. I don't believe every business needs another marketing campaign. Sometimes the greater opportunity is already inside the business.
