As a Business Analyst I take position closer to customer where I help in analyzing and defining requirements both from customer and supplier perspective. High level overview and design translates to tangible tasks as well common understanding of business needs and solution focus.
Within Order Management and service fulfillment area I focus on supporting market units as well as the design of Order Management/NIM solution for specific customer requirements. My involvement stretches from pre-sales up to handover, wherein both marketing, project planning and technical solution seniority is necessary. A close dialog with both internal and external customers is essential.
