Greater Dublin
5+ years of experience in upstream process development for large molecules/exosomes. Acted as the PFL for 2+ CMC projects and 1+ MSC-exosome platform. Totally delivered 5+ client projects including 1+ for IND filling, and 3+ internal innovation projects. Led the early-stage development of both perfusion and HEK fed-batch platforms. Product experience spans exosomes/EVs, mAbs, bsAbs, fusion proteins, and coagulation factors. Mentored 1+ staff, 2+ research assistants, 80+ students. Currently dedicated to developing scalable processes for MSC-EV manufacturing funded by Research Ireland, University College Dublin, and EVEREST MSCA. Hold an Honours MEngSc in Biopharmaceutical Engineering from UCD and a BSc in Pharmacy from the College of Pharmacy (nationally ranked 7th) at Jinan University.
