JuneShine, Inc. produces and distributes alcoholic beverages. The Company offers hard kombucha as well as ready-to-drink cocktails. My role as a Project Coordinator allowed me to define project plan and timeline, manage workflows and keep team up to date achieving completion in a timely manner to streamline product development. In addition to this I served as the key point to manage all aspects of projects from start to completion, including vendor relationship management, invoicing and coordinating internal resources. Accomplishments Include: - Designed project frameworks to drive product and brand development; launched RTD cocktails in 12 new markets, resulting in the brand becoming the 6th canned cocktail in SoCal and #36 in the nation within 10 months. - Managed project operations from end to end including roadmap execution, stakeholder relations, and cross-risk management; individually direct the oversight of 6-8 weekly projects with expected new product release dates every 4-6 weeks.

Todd Hymel is the CEO of Volcom. When I joined the brand I began leading operations as an Assistant Stylist, allowing for the preparation and management of 200+ styles for eCommerce photoshoots across the brand. Shortly after leading operations I was promoted to serve as the brand’s Global Sample Coordinator due to quarterly performance levels. Throughout my development within the role, I began and eventually mastered the art of supporting the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure. On the cross-functional side of my operations I coordinated cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives.
