The SG Healthcare Corps was instituted to support the healthcare workforce and Singapore's fight against COVID-19. I was deployed to various COVID-19 Swab Operation sites such as dormitories and regional screening centres and was responsible for: • Verified documents and identifications of up to 300 clients daily and accurately registering the information into the Swab Registration System • Ensured the safety of the clients through reinforcing contraindication questions • Managed and organized the clients into groups by company or dormitory level to ensure a smooth swabbing operation
• Processed close to 50 survey responses daily and kept respondents’ information confidential in accordance with data protection law • Identified and resolved inconsistencies in interviewees’ responses through appropriate questioning and explanation • Reviewed survey responses for completeness and accuracy through using data visualization tool Tableau
• Dispatched high volumes of claim files daily and exceeded daily dispatch quota of 60 claim files • Facilitated in ensuring complete claim processing by obtaining accurate and relevant claim evidences • Coordinated with Claim Assessors to ensure smooth claims processing workflows
