Having more than three years working experience as site supervisor for site construction projects. Seeking for a Site Supervisor work position to supervise projects from inception to completion and ensure building works are done as per company’s protocols and government regulations
- Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction or extractive workers - Confer with managerial or technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities - Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met - Analyze worker or production problems and recommend solutions, such as improving production methods and implement motivational plans - Assign work to employees, based on materials or worker requirements of specific jobs - Order or requisition materials or supplies
- Corporate site project with Hong Sheng Engineering Sdn. Bhd. - Plan and conduct field surveys to locate new sites and analyze details of project sites - Conduct materials test and analysis using tools and equipment and applying engineering knowledge - Inspect project site and evaluate contractor work to detect design malfunctions and ensure conformance to design specifications and applicable codes - Read and review project blueprints and structural specifications to determine dimensions of structure or system and materials requirements
