Vilnius, Vilniaus, Lithuania
I am an entrepreneur and project leader specialising in income‑producing real estate. I focus on acquiring, legally splitting, reconstructing and selling assets in Lithuania and abroad, and providing comprehensive advice to clients on how to grow the value of their properties and build long‑term investment strategies. As an owner and managing director, I am responsible for financial results, risk analysis and overall project performance. I negotiate with partners, banks, contractors and clients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee all stages of income property and real estate projects – from initial opportunity assessment to successful exit. Over the years, I have worked on complex income‑property projects, which has helped me develop a clear, structured approach to risk assessment and decision‑making. I combine practical experience in business and income‑producing real estate with teaching. I am developing content on business and income property for beginners and I teach “Leadership and Change Management” at Vilniaus kolegija / University of Applied Sciences. My aim is to run projects in a transparent and sustainable way and to help people better understand how the market works and how to make informed, long‑term decisions.
• Teach the course “Leadership and Change Management” to students of the Economics Faculty. • Combine academic content with real business and investment cases. • Help students develop practical leadership skills, strategic thinking and the ability to manage organisational change.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations and development of the company focusing on real estate and related services (including construction / development coordination). • Oversee budgeting, workflows and client relations. • Coordinate a small team and external partners. • Apply experience from construction and development projects to improve processes and cooperation with technical specialists and contractors.
• Co‑founded and developed a business focused on services and investment‑related projects. • Responsible for commercial strategy, key partnerships and financial results. • Led negotiations with clients and partners, supervised sales and business development activities. Combine the role of business owner with self‑employed project work in real estate and income property.
• Lead end‑to‑end income property and real estate projects: acquisition, legal subdivision, reconstruction and sale of properties in Lithuania and abroad. • Analyse opportunities, assess risks and returns, prepare scenarios and recommendations for private and corporate clients. • Negotiate with banks, partners and contractors, coordinate the work of engineers, architects, lawyers and other specialists. • Develop strategies to increase property value through legal, technical and commercial improvements. • Start creating educational content for beginner entrepreneurs and individuals who want to understand how business and income property work in practice. • Design and apply a proprietary risk‑assessment framework that speeds up decision‑making and improves project predictability. • Manage project teams of 3–20 people and oversee all stages from idea to successful exit.
• Provided comprehensive legal, policy, and strategic advice on national and international issues. • Conducted analytical research and prepared official documentation, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks. • Coordinated communication with various stakeholders and institutions, supporting the implementation of political and public initiatives.
