Author, educator, and creator of Consciousness Medicine, an integrative healing framework rooted in Family Constellations, NLP, Life Sciences, Naturopathy and Shamanism. For more than two decades, I’ve guided individuals, practitioners, and organisations through transformational healing grounded in science, embodiment, and intuitive wisdom. My work bridges the worlds of molecular biology, holistic medicine, neuro-linguistic programming, and energy-based systems to help people reconnect with clarity, resilience, and inner alignment. I founded the Centre for Consciousness Medicine and have taught internationally, training practitioners, facilitating retreats, and developing transformative educational programs. Today, my work is evolving into authorship and thought leadership, bringing the principles of systemic and somatic transformation to a wider audience. My forthcoming books, Om La La: The Power of Positivity Guidebook and The Retreat: Movements of the Family Soul, translate complex healing wisdom into accessible tools for conscious living, emotional well-being, and generational transformation. Through writing, teaching, podcasting, and collaboration, my aim is simple: to help people connect to the healing intelligence within and live with more joy, balance, and authenticity.

Managing Director of Ireland’s longest-running holistic retreat centre (28 years). Oversaw program development, workshop and event planning, teacher coordination, and centre operations. Led marketing, budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning while ensuring high-quality retreat delivery. Collaborated with facilitators, teachers, and international presenters to deliver transformational programs in meditation, healing, yoga, and personal development. Strengthened operations, improved guest experience, and supported the centre’s mission of holistic wellbeing. This role deepened my experience in facilitation, leadership, and program development while supporting my Consciousness Medicine and Family Constellation facilitation.
