- Managed customer requests for proposal, provide contracts and banquet event orders - Organized events in and outside the hotel with the "Private dining" catering service for the Formula 1, ASM football club, Tennis Rolex Master (from 10 to 2000 guests) - Coordinated operational services and liaison between customers and staff - Supported banquet team (VIP corner at soccer games, wedding, gala dinner...) - Was responsible for events billing - Prepared weekly and daily reports for statistics - Was in charge of administrative management (invitation cards, signage, menu printing...)
