Juliet Pang is a digital crisis supporter and is passionate about youth mental health. She is also a musician, illustrator and coach for creatives. On the music end, she has been a jazz vocalist & songwriter for almost 2 decades. Her voice was first noticed when she sang the theme to the cult movie 'Eating Air'. In 2007 Juliet received the Top Local Soundtrack award for the theme to TV series ‘Zero to Hero’ from the Singaporean Composers Society (COMPASS). In 2010, she released her debut album ‘The Perfect Journey’, consisting of 12 of her original conpositions in both English and Mandarin, leading to nominations for the ‘Best New Artist’ and ‘Best Singaporean Artist’ award categories by Freshmusic. Notably she was also featured on the S2S Records jazz compilation albums Absolute Voices (2009) and Oriental Jazz (2013). She graduated in piano from Australian Institute of Music, where she studied under jazz pianist David McRae who had played with jazz legends Duke Ellington, Sarah Vaughan and Chet Baker to name a few. Her latest accomplishment in jazz was the release of her 2012 EP ‘White Noise Live’, a live recording with her jazz quartet White Noise that was toured in various venues in Singapore, Tokyo, Malacca, Hong Kong and Mainland China. Apart from her live performances, she was also the co-founder of Replugged Music school and developed the syllabus for the Vocal Department. She is deeply passionate about sharing her knowledge on Voice and Vocal Education, and emphasises lifelong-learning as part of music education. She offers vocal lessons and consultation with individuals as well as organisations such as Anglo-Chinese International School, Singapore Police Force and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. As an illustrator and designer, she trained with National Art School (Sydney) and also studied fabric design under Bonnie Christine. Her work has been featured in Kallos Magazine, as well as lifestyle products with The Commandment Co (Singapore). She has recently been Coach Tools Certified (The Life Coach School) and is currently helping creatives reach their goals through heart-led coaching.
