As part of the Employee Referral team with Accenture NA Recruiting, managing a network of candidates referred to Accenture by employees and alumni. I work with referred candidates that come through a referral portal and other channels to reverse match their skills to open positions and become their advocates throughout the recruitment and interview process, ensuring a positive candidate and referral experience. Part of the Training team- giving and scheduling trainings to the employees and in charge of the process for the New Joiners
Recruitment CMT, H&PS, FS and Technology for North America Accenture. Follow-up in recruiting processes, job boards, sourcing, head-hunting, screening, interviews. Meetings & conference calls with internal client to define the specific sourcing requirements and strategys.
Talent Attraction: Generation of personnel requisitions, publication of job searches in different media (LinkedIn, boomerang, zonajobs, etc.), implementation of searches in Success Factors with it's follow up and advance of candidates to interviews. Adminitrative Tasks: Time management in SAP, documentation of AFIP, Health awareness, SAP and bank accounts. upload forms and product purchases in SAP, service certifications and article 80. Realization of bundles.
Responsable for Human Resources Tasks: recruiting and selection of staff in an expansion plan (3 new branches), conducting structured and semi structured interviews. Personnel in charge (14 people).
