About

I am one of a few therapists in the UK to be trained to post graduate level in clinical massage. I work with clients who have lower back pain, headache and migraine, shoulder injuries and repetitive strains to name a few. My focus is on real outcomes such as reducing pain, increasing movement and improving quality of sleep. As a clinical massage therapist, I use of variety of gentle techniques to address the physical issue whilst at the same time using methods to address the stress and anxiety that so often accompany pain. I also provide relaxation massage, hot stone massage and Neal's Yard organic facials. In addition to my private practice I can also provide on-site massage using a massage chair to business and at events. I am passionate about the benefits of massage for everyone in society and believe that regular massage should be a key factor in maintaining a healthy lifestyle rather than a luxury treat!
