Global Recruiting Leader | Connector | Talent Strategy

About

I am a connector, an optimist, and a problem solver. And I am lucky to love what I do. When I was a child, my mother used to call me "Tilly Telephone" because I loved to talk on the phone. It was all about the connection, figuring things out, and bringing people together. Naturally, I made a career in recruiting. It was the perfect match! As a Talent Acquisition leader who understands how TA supports strategic visions, I get to help companies "figure things out" by making better hires while saving money and improving employee and candidate experiences. I have other passions as well, of course - family, books, nature, photography, and philanthropy among them - but when it comes to my career, I am grateful to be equally dedicated and enthusiastic about my profession. Sharing some of my core competencies may help you get to know me even better. These include: Talent Acquisition Strategy, Process Optimization & Lifecycle Management, Executive Search & Coaching, Change Management, Employer Branding, Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation, Organizational Design, Cost Reduction, Strategic Collaboration, Recruiter Coaching, Mentoring & Team Leadership, and Relationship Building.
