France
Twenty years ago, I started investing infrastructure to develop aviation. Today, I build infrastructure that will decarbonize aviation and industry. The thread connecting both: turning complex, capital-intensive situations into bankable, scalable assets. My edge: getting infrastructure investors, industrial partners and public stakeholders to the same table — and keeping them there through execution. I have operated across the full spectrum of infrastructure roles — investor, board member and CEO — combining financial discipline with direct leadership of teams and operations, in France and internationally. Most recently, as CEO of Hy2gen France and H4 Marseille-Fos, I led the strategic repositioning of a hydrogen pioneer around e-SAF and aviation decarbonization — from strategy redefinition to asset acquisition, partnership structuring and pre-FID financing (devex >€40M, CAPEX >€1.5bn). H4 was designated a Strategic Project by the European Union. Earlier, I was one of the early investors in the hydrogen ecosystem through the Clean H2 Fund, now managed by Hy24, today the world's largest hydrogen investment platform. Before that, at ADP, I restored the financial viability of airport concessions under extreme stress, including debt restructuring and international arbitration against a sovereign state. I am drawn to environments where complexity is real - first-of-a-kind projects, misaligned stakeholders, constrained capital - and where execution makes the difference between an idea and an asset. Whether leading a scale-up or contributing as an investor, my focus remains the same: building and scaling the infrastructure platforms that will enable industrial decarbonization.
After leading Hy2gen France and developing several large-scale energy transition projects, I now support companies, investors and project developers across the sector while evaluating future leadership opportunities.
Infrastructure, energy transition, hydrogen, e-fuels Led the strategic repositioning of a pioneer hydrogen scale-up toward aviation decarbonization and e-fuels. Focused on making first-of-a-kind industrial decarbonization projects credible, bankable and executable. ▪︎ Built a portfolio of large-scale e-fuel infrastructure projects with multiple projects reaching pre-FID stage ▪︎ Led the acquisition and financing of H2V Fos, creating H4 Marseille-Fos, now among Europe's leading e-SAF projects (CAPEX >€1.5bn) ▪︎ Structured hybrid financing approaches combining sponsor equity, industrial partnerships, public grants and state-backed mechanisms ▪︎ Secured strategic partnerships across the aviation and energy value chains (airports, airlines, fuel infrastructure operators, CO₂ and power suppliers) ▪︎ Anchored Hy2gen as a recognized e-SAF platform in Europe resulting in a strategic partnership with Vinci Airports, financial support from regional authorities and member of Choose France 2025
First-of-a-kind SAF project, CAPEX >€1.5bn ▪︎ Structured SPV following acquisition : governance, finance, shareholders' agreement, business & operating model, and a dedicated team of international experts ▪︎ Structured pre-FID development from feasibility towards FID ▪︎ Secured financing for DEVEX (>€40M) through financial and industrial partners - and ensured risk-allocation approaches adapted to emerging industrial decarbonization markets ▪︎ Positioned H4 among Europe's leading e-SAF initiatives - recognition by the European Union as strategic project
Led international infrastructure investments, asset management through board positions, and complex restructuring situations across airport concessions and energy transition initiatives. ▪︎ Originated and structured ADP's founding investment into Hy24, now one of the world's leading hydrogen infrastructure funds ▪︎ Led strategic investment transactions, infrastructure partnerships and airport concession evaluations across Latin America and South-East Asia ▪︎ Led the financial restructuring of Santiago de Chile airport during COVID — USD 500M debt restructuring involving 10 international banks and an equity restructuring involving bankrupt sponsors ▪︎ Led crisis management and liquidity preservation initiatives under severe operational and financial stress ▪︎ Initiated and managed concession contract renegotiation with the state of Chile, including international arbitration; positive settlement reached in 2025 ▪︎ Developed industrial decarbonization initiatives around airport infrastructure, including green hydrogen ecosystem development in Chile
Led international public affairs and institutional engagement activities across European and international aviation infrastructure topics. ▪︎ Advised executive leadership on strategic regulatory and public policy matters ▪︎ Developed coalitions and advocacy initiatives with major European airport operators and EU stakeholders
Led financial modelling and strategic analysis for ADP's Economic Regulation Agreement; developed strategic plans across international, real estate, retail and infrastructure divisions.
