- Commercial support of Senior Bankers & Relationship Managers: participation to client meetings, production of pitch presentations for client meetings (on various topics such as Structured Finance, DCM, Global Markets), writing internal memos on clients’ relationship and strategy - Identification of business opportunities & cross-selling - Structuration and implementation of loans (Bridge & Term Loan for structured financings, especially acquisition financings, RCF): calculation of profitability & business cases, review of loan documentation with clients, legal advisers and business lines, implementation of loans liaising with middle-office - Management of data on revenues and assets of the portfolio of strategic clients
- Financial analysis of corporate and consolidated accounts - Writing of annual reviews and credit files - Analysis of competitive environment - Preparing and attending client meetings
- Participating in origination and structuring of export finance projects: macroeconomic and sectorial research, financial analysis, completing terms sheets and internal approval files - Preparing credit committee: project and financial analysis, RAROC calculation - Interacting with ECAs, banks, & corporates - Conducting trade finance operations (Letters of Credit, guarantees, documentary credits)
