I am the Managing Partner of France and have a broad financing practice, acting for both lenders (financial institutions, debt funds) and borrowers on a wide spectrum of domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular expertise in corporate lending (acquisition finance and refinancing) and real estate finance. I also regularly act on behalf of creditors, debtors, and new money providers on financial restructuring matters (including in the real estate sector).
