Growing regional business. Working with Various Countries Management or Head of Sales to Develop Business. 300 accounts 1. Initiates, Establish and coordinates development of sales action plans focusing on both new & existing customers. 2. Identify and penetrate into new market or customer base with specific focus on Trade Lane Development. 3. Working with Various country Head of Sales OS, updating market intelligence for potential customers, traffic mix, competition to enable formulation of effective sales strategies. 4. Holds to contract to potential accounts both in progress and secured supported by Local Sales Team on the handling of the day to day follow up of shipments / quotes / development 5. Provide joint sales visits reports 6. Identify customer that has regional reach and expand their business into the region. 7. Travelling to meet customers in the respective countries concerning specific trade lane development focus or specific key customers for the region. 8. Maintain good, professional working relationship and effective communications with existing, new customers and all internal departments, affiliate offices & partners. 9. Aggressively source and secure new accounts / business. 10. Develop and maintain existing customers to optimise service quality, business growth and customer satisfaction. 11. Establish development of businesses locally or overseas 12. Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
Managing complete supply chain including transport and warehousing. In charge of inbound from Diageo (Johnny Walker, Baileys, Vodka....) & LVMH from Maisons (Moet, Hennessy, DomPerignon, Cliquot, Belvedere). Logistics tender for transport (Air & Sea) and warehousing. In charge for both finished goods and POSM shipments by Air / Sea / Trucking / Distribution Supervise the purchasing (PO in SAP), forecasts (APO), reception of goods (WMS / ASRS) in 3PL both bonded and duty paid warehouse. Declaration of permits, relation with Customs, E-commerce, Traceability, 3PL for local deliveries, freight forwarders. (Li&Fung Maersk MCL, SDV Bollore CEVA, DHL …)
