Head of Business Development, IT and General Affairs Business plan, budget and financial analysis, top management reporting Coordinated the creation of a new Securities subsidiary (Natixis Japan Securities Co., Ltd ) and completed the business transfer of all activities from the existing Branch on 1st of June 2011: - project management for all working groups (IT, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Operation) that secured licenses, memberships and asset/liabilities transfer; planning, budget, task tracking, reporting to senior management - directly led IT group : managed impact on more than 120 applications and 40 interfaces Built an effective working framework to apply for a Banking license in Japan: opening of a representative office, team recruitment, systems implementation, back office outsourcing to Hong-Kong, processes and procedures creations. Achieved the local booking implementation (Listed products, SLAB and TRS) in Tokyo Branch to resume trading activities. Finalized interfaces (trading/booking/back office/accounting) and STP chain developments, automation of legal reporting, procedures creation, tests and go-live. Negotiated a transfer pricing agreement to get back P/L of deals still booked in Paris. Trading started in March 2010 with a P/L of EUR 6 Mio in 9 months. Supervised the maintenance and upgrades of all systems used in Tokyo including upgrade of Japanese markets connection such as Osaka Stock Exchange J-Gate (Derivatives) and Tokyo Stock Exchange Arrowhead (Stocks).
Achieved quick, low cost and effective implementation of an integrated and unified company management system: CRM, pricing, invoicing and payments.
Budget optimization: 50% reduction of annual maintenance cost by redesigning network architecture, 75% cost reduction on website maintenance cost by implementing an open source system. Marketing development: initiated and supervised the creation of a unified product database, mobile phone and internet websites and opening of a Rakuten’s online store.
