As the Regional Manager of Ontario and Manitoba, my responsibility was to make Decathlon the favorite Sports Brands. To pursue this goal, I divided my responsibilities in two parts : 1. Designed the Real Estate Development plan of the two provinces - Identified key locations according to customers habits, demographics, sport markets and competitors - Develop stong relationship with Real Estate industry and Landlords - Signed 7 locations across the 2 provinces 2. Developed the omni-channel sales - Opened and ran the 6 stores in the province - Explored innovative initiatives to increase brand awareness (3 pop-up stores, a city store concept) - Coordinate Store preparation and opening - Recruiting, selecting and coaching of opening store Managers - Explore opportunities to develop online sales - Identify and develop future leaders - Set strong standards of customer service To reach our ambitious goals will only be possible with amazing teams and people. Responsible for the opening and the success of the first Decathlon Store in Thailand. The most important responsibilities are : - Recruit and train a new team of 30 people - Manage the supply of the store - Analyse the market and write the commercial policy of the store - Organize the opening of the store - Define the concept of Decathlon in Thailand - Coach of 6 other store leaders in Thailand - coordinator of the retail strategies in Thailand
