Julien is a technology leader who is successfully supporting and transforming supply chain organizations on their Digital Supply Chain journey. During his 9+ year tenure at GSK he has lead projects of increasing complexity and has become the Tech lead - leading a team of engineers developing integrated solutions - to partner with and support the Global Vaccines Supply Chain group (£6bn+ revenue). Julien's passion is to connect the potential of technology with business opportunities (improve top & bottom lines, deliver value for patients and internal users) and his focus is on ERP implementation, digital and analytics. Julien has acquired relevant experience in the following areas through his different roles: business partnering (with supply chain, manufacturing and commercial functions), defining the technology roadmap, re-engineering processes, designing / implementing / supporting IT solutions, managing change / transversal teams / projects (waterfall and agile approaches). His areas of expertise include planning processes (demand and supply planning, allocation management, S&OP, IBP, scenario planning, inventory management), supply chain analytics, product lifecycle management and new product introduction, SKU management, MRP and tender management. On the technology side he has hands-on experience with SAP ECC (SD & MM) / APO (DP & SNP) / IBP / BI / portal / workflow but he is also learning other technologies (Azure analytics, RPA, ...) and is keen to embrace any new challenge. Some of his successes at GSK are: - Implement a Scenario Planning solution in SAP IBP to boost Supply Chain agility - Design and build a bespoke Product Lifecycle Management solution to plan and manage supply impacts of regulatory variations / Change Controls - Provide E2E stock visibility to the Global Supply Chain organization through new inventory analytics and by reconciling manufacturing and distribution managed in 2 different ERP - Deliver a reporting solution to track production volumes vs budget (also available on mobile devices / iPad) - Creation of a suite of collaborative tools to improve interactions between Vaccines global functions and GSK Local Operating Companies (e.g. sales order tracking and SKU management) - Proven track record of successful projects on tender management leading to the implementation of an Enterprise tender management system, including collaboration with GSK Pharma
In this global role I am responsible to power up our Global Supply Chain organization with robust and innovative Data & Analytics solutions in key areas like planning, external manufacturing or direct procurement.
