Team leader in Bioinformatics currently leading a R&D team focused on designing the next generation of antisense oligotherapeutics through ASO/siRNA design and data analysis/bioinformatic support. Cell biologist by training, I contributed to the fields of cell division in oncology using imaging and data analysis tools. Over 10 years experience in academic and industry environment.
Leading a team dedicated to Antisense Oligonucleotide (ASO) and siRNA design in the field of Oligotherapeutics for external customers or internal R&D programs. Various disease and modality outcome including CNS, oncology, muscle related disease; target downregulation, target upregulation, splicing modulation, isoform specific downregulation.
Performing various large image-based screening campaigns to help customers identify promising hits. Several field covered: infectious diseases, oncology, CNS, targeted protein degradation. Developing and applying Cell Painting assays on several cell lines in a large collaboration aiming at characterizing a dedicated compound collection focused on targeted protein degradation.
Head of the screening facility at CRBM, part of the MRI Imaging platform, I help users in the miniaturization of their assays, assist them in image acquisition and perform image analysis for high content screening.
