Inspired equally by art and science, fueled by empathy and cold brew coffee, I’m a natural collaborator, lifelong learner, nice as hell, with a hearty commitment to excellence. My path in branding and marketing led through both the agency and client sides of the business. Creating value for big and small brands across multiple industries, I’ve gained an appreciation for both sides of the equation: the creative process and the business strategy, as well as an understanding of how to navigate and align diverse stakeholders, all critical to success. In New York City, I was part of a small and talented agency working with Wynn and Encore Las Vegas to redefine luxury in Las Vegas. This planted the roots for my love of creating a memorable brand experience that delivers on a promise. In San Francisco, I collaborated with talented teams to develop branding for a portfolio of residential properties on the West Coast. The through line—and what I love doing—is developing brands, brand creative, and marketing that distill the story and magic into a connection, a compelling experience for customers. I’ve long been drawn to artistic and creative endeavors, as well as learning about international cultures. I lean into my natural curiosity. More than once, I’ve proven to myself that with enough effort and focus, almost anything is possible. I carry that attitude with me and try to nurture optimism wherever I go. A little more about me: + Moved to New York City after college (because… New York City!) + Gained an appreciation for the heart and grit behind great creative work, while working for branding agencies + Trained for and ran my first marathon (in Baltimore) + Traveled to Indonesia to see Komodo dragons in their natural habitat + Completed marathons #2, #3 and #4 in New York City, Dublin/Ireland & Harrisburg respectively + Moved to Germany knowing only two words of German + Forged a new career in Germany drawing on my ability to connect with others, my attachment to English grammar, and my admiration for anyone learning a foreign language + Trained for and ran marathon #5 (in Düsseldorf/Germany) + Moved back to the U.S. and back into branding/marketing, this time on the client side I’m now located on the East Coast and interested in connecting with people, communities, and companies where branding is central to the discussion, the focus is on customer experience, and the culture is remote or hybrid friendly.
