• Created construction documentation of a 428,000 square foot, 16 story mixed use tower including a 4-star hotel, luxury condominiums, high end retail, restaurants and subterranean parking adjacent to downtown sports arena as part of a 6-person architectural team. • Led coordination of leasing team and tenant improvement requirements to ensure future retail needs were anticipated and successfully accounted for in the core and shell design of the tower. • Responsible for construction documentation coordination and quality of hotel interior design.
