Kia ora! As a Leadership Coach and Facilitator, I help professionals excel professionally and personally. I focus on improving attitudes and approaches to situations and relationships while boosting confidence and clarity. As a Strengths-Focused Coach, I empower individuals to leverage their talents and strengths to build resilience, enhance productivity, and achieve their goals. As a Solutions-Focused Facilitator, I guide people in sharing their expectations and finding common ground to develop forward-thinking solutions. My approach is rooted in quiet self-confidence, leans on insight, and incorporates a touch of humour, creating a comfortable environment for clients to share and engage. I bring a unique blend of skills to coaching and facilitation, drawing from my broader experience in emergency management, project management, engineering, teaching institutions, and professional theatre environments. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. I am also certified in Deeper Signals, Hogan Assessments, and Hogan 360 tools.

The Senior Advisor Leadership Development role supports that aspiration by delivering our leadership development framework and the programmes, initiatives, and offerings that align with it in a regional setting, including coaching and supporting local leaders in their mahi. The role works closely with and supports the national Leadership Development team as a regional delivery partner focused on developing leaders within the Te Hiku region (Auckland and Northland). The role works with and alongside other regional People Branch roles to ensure a coordinated approach to delivering people services.

Tara iti Communication and Advocacy Plan 2024-2028 Design and facilitate a plan to create a coordinated and consistent approach that raises the profile of tara iti and identifies long-term goals for education and advocacy of the species and the broader ecosystem. This included developing advocacy objectives, key messages for tara Iti, communication channels, audience identification and how the various groups might work together to implement the plan. This work was funded by the Shorebirds Trust.
MOU Strategic Document I facilitated multi-stakeholder sessions to design a strategic document supporting the collaborative framework set out in the MOU between Shorebirds Trust, Auckland Council, Regional Park, and the Department of Conservation. The workshop supported the strategic planning and priority processes and identified action items for the coming years. This work was funded by the Shorebirds Trust.
