• OnBase Solution Designer/Developer – Work with Clients to design and create custom solutions, to implementation. • I currently work with one client throughout the entire business implementing OnBase Solutions for departments as needed. I support and upgrade and renew applications as needed for various business departments, from HR to Contracts and Engineering. • Create and design workflow solutions for Contracts, Sales, Accounts, Human Resources, Engineering • Create scripts in workflow for custom solutions • Training and Support for Customer • Design Systems from the ground up – including Best Practices for server installation and setup and software installation and upgrades • Setup Full Text and OCR systems • Advanced Capture solutions • Create documentation for system installations.

• OnBase/Kofax Project Manager responsible for all communications between company, client and engineers, responsible for project from kickoff/discovery to project completion. • I currently work with a variety of clients in Healthcare, Financial Services, Government and Education. • Responsible to review Statement of Work defined by sales team. • Take the statement of work and schedule kick off meeting, and discovery meetings with customer to further define project, fill out configuration spreadsheet a tool used to gather configuration ECM information such as document types, keywords, autofill keyword sets, and disk groups. • Work with Customer IT department to define Hardware Systems and OS software needed for installation. Answer questions and provide prerequisite documentation needed for project. • Create project timeline from information gathered at discovery and schedule installation/configuration with engineer. • Monitor project and make sure engineer and client are on task and on schedule and make modifications if necessary to project timeline to accommodate changes. • Change requests are further defined if needed.
• OnBase expert for company, work with customers to discover best possible solutions using OnBase/Nautilus and deploying those solutions. • Perform Health Checks for financial institutions. This involves analyzing current hardware/software and overall system and making recommendations for future upgrades, disaster recovery models, and overall current health of system. This includes monitoring Microsoft Windows Servers, checking SQL database health and design, Security, Microsoft updates that are compatible, and licensing. At the end of analysis a Health Check document is provided to the customer for their records. Also including providing a Delta report to inform customer of changes between OnBase versions and advantages. • Design Workflow solutions for customers. Includes Discovery of Workflow requirements, design and implementation, testing and then training the customer on the solution. • Design Foldering Solutions for customer. Includes Discovery of Foldering requirements, design and implementation, testing and then training the customer on the solution. • Design Advance Capture Solutions, and demoing advanced capture solutions. Includes Discovery of Advanced Capture requirements, design and implementation, testing and then training the customer on the solution. • Work is done remotely, discovery may be conducted on site or remote.
• Deployment Engineer for TriTech. • Install 911 Dispatch Systems. • Configure Environment to support redundant system capable of supporting 911 Dispatch Software. • Configure/Install mobile units, Configure/Install GIS Mapping, Configure/Install Reporting Databases, Configure VPN Systems, Configure Interfaces for Communication • Analyze Windows Servers, troubleshoot issues if they arise, modify SQL Databases as needed.
