Worked with a wide variety of funds (both registered and unregistered) including global, multi-billion dollar funds of varying structures. Fund strategies have included, but are not limited to long/short equity, fixed income, distressed loans, private equity and entities with loan origination. Experience includes working with business development companies and auditing annual and quarterly reports filed with the S.E.C. and working on stock offerings in connection with counsel and underwriters. Responsibilities include oversight of several large audit teams and coordinating with all levels of management inside and outside of Ernst & Young. Review and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable guidelines.
