Julie Rossiter is Head of Property Development at Severn Trent PLC and has nearly 30 years of commercial property investment and development experience with multiple sector knowledge. She joined Severn Trent in 2017 to set up a new property development team to focus on creating and adding value to redundant operational assets for the Group. Julie leads a niche internal team of property development and planning professionals whose expertise helps to optimise the Group’s land assets for the benefit of our customers, communities and stakeholders. Prior to joining Severn Trent, Julie spent ten years at St Modwen Properties PLC specialising in asset management and property development across commercial and residential sites in the Midlands. During her early career Julie joined Richard Ellis as a graduate and qualified as a chartered surveyor. Julie spent 13 years at Colliers International, advising a wide range of corporate and international clients on across the full spectrum of property matters. Julie is a Chartered Surveyor and has an MBA from Warwick University.
