Responsible for supporting the financial investment and management of the NSW Police Force Property Assets. Delivery of property asset management, maintenance and strategic investment in line with the property portfolio strategy and undertaking compliance monitoring with policies, practices and relevant regulatory requirements as well as asset management for leasing, maintenance, upgrades and disposal of property assets. Accountabilities include: Coordination of the audit, acquistion and leasing of property related assets with responsiblity for the development of strategies to ensure the effective management of the portfolio. Provide sound advice, recommendations and contribute to the development of property related business cases for the allocation of funding. Develop and maintain strategic Asset Management Plans and draft policies for commands. Contribute to the management of the operational and financial targets of the NSW Police Force Property Assets, implementing sound financial management such as budgeting, and forecasting. Work collaboratively with the commercial real estate and facilities management service providers to determine asset and leasing requirements and formulate cohesive plans to deliver on agreed requirements. Oversight of property management issues including repairs, alterations, refurbishment and relocation issues for owned and leased NSW Polcie Force sites.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the office and organisational event management. Providing high level executive support to the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner's including secretariat support for executive meetings. Duties also include: Preparing presentations and reports Supervising and monitoring administrative staff Managing office budgets Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems Organising induction programs for new employees
My role is to provide a high degree of administrative support and service to the Chief Strategy Officer and the wider strategy division while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Another of my key outcomes is to optimise administrative efficiency while meeting business needs which enables the CSO to focus on the core business. Other responsibilities include managing time sensitive information and supporting the creation of information, maintaining key relationships with other EA's and senior stakeholders with care and professionalism, acting as a brand ambassador for the CSO's office, coordinating travel arrangements and daily diary management, driving improvement and implementation of administrative routines, networking and communicating with other assistants within and outside the agency, planning and organising internal and external events, meetings, workshops and training.
Responsibilities include overseeing the efficient running of the Sydney office and being the key conduit between our Canberra and Sydney offices for all employee matters. Building and maintaining relationships with employees at all levels. Managing the coordination of whole of agency functions and events. Providing a key point of contact and escalation of employment matters for Sydney employees. Works at supporting the Executive team in the coordination and running of the Sydney office.
Responsible for all administrative support to the Strategy and Engagement team Day to day responsibilities include managing the Executive's diary, correspondence, travel and assisting in scheduling and preparing for meetings and events.
Provided comprehensive range of administrative support to the Deputy Commissioner and Case Leadership team where required, including organisation of meetings, information/correspondence management, internal/external business commitments, inbox maintenance and the maintenance of diaries, travel and event management.
