Currently working on external policies and home affairs in the European Parliament, coordinating all legislative affairs for the biggest EPP national delegation. International and interdisciplinary background with a M.A. in Romance Literature, a B.Sc. in International Business, and a B.A. in French and Social Sciences. Studied and worked in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Sweden. Fluent in English, French, German, solid knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
Policy advisor for all EP committees on external policies (AFET, INTA, SEDE, DEVE, DROI), as well as on legal and home affairs (LIBE, EUDS, AFCO, FEMM, JURI). Coordination of the biggest national delegation in the EPP group, preparation of plenary sessions and internal delegation meetings.
- Policy advisor for the Committee on Women’s Rights and Gender Equality (FEMM): following the Committee’s activities, drafting amendments, negotiating files on technical level, preparation of voting recommendations for the German EPP delegation. Also following the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE). - Policy advisor for the 2nd vice-chair of the EU-Chile delegation, also following the DLAT delegation. - Preparation of briefings, meetings, speeches, press releases, social media posts, organisation of stakeholder events. - Responsible for the complete administration of the Brussels office (budget, interns, visitor groups, calendar planning, correspondence, and coordination with local office).
- Policy advisor on the Committee on Budgetary Control (CONT), preparation of plenary sessions, drafting amendments in cooperation with political advisors. - Preparation of briefings, meetings, speeches, press releases. - Full responsibility for the complete administration of the Brussels office (budget, interns, visitor groups, calendar planning, correspondence, and coordination with local office).
- Collaboration on research projects of the chair on French and Spanish literature - Office administration, workshop and lecture preparation - Summer semester 2023: preparation and hosting of a weekly tutorial class "French theatre in the 20th and 21st century" for bachelor students - Winter semester 2022/2023: preparation and hosting of two weekly tutorial classes “Introduction to French Literature” for bachelor students
