Ms. Cox has been a trial lawyer for 26 years. She handles complex commercial lawsuits, including disputes involving various types of business-related contracts, patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, noncompete agreements, and a variety of employment-related disputes. Ms. Cox recently received a substantial jury verdict for a client following a three week jury trial she first chaired. Ms. Cox also recently first chaired a complex construction arbitration. Ms. Cox also has first chaired multiple patent infringement investigations before the International Trade Commission.
