      My duties included but not limited to: Developing IR process & policy Escalations and project work from other client sites as senior technician. At client site; Server maintenance for approximately 20 virtual servers and their physicals hosts. This includes ensuring external accessibility of faculty resources. Workstation maintenance of several hundred computers. Account maintenance for over 1500 users on an Active directory federated servers system with the use of single sign on throughout a range of external services including office 365 and Google apps for business. Network maintenance for an enterprise grade network using technology such as VLANs for network security and multiple SANs for data retention and security. The maintenance and expansion of an enterprise grade wireless network. Assisting with setting up a secure and usable enterprise firewall system that made use of deep packet inspection. Daily assistance with staff using these services and technologies as well as managing a network of Konica Minolta printers Making recommendations about new services based on the clients needs. Whilst not required at the site, my passion for security has seen me implement more secure remote sign in procedures, deploy a SIEM on domain connecting it to all appliances and monitoring the events to create a security baseline, creating an automated network appliance config backup system as well as creating a live monitoring map for all of the more than 100 network appliances with automated alerts when any appliance goes down.
