    From 2016-2018 I served as the Director of Family Programs for the Charles County Circuit Court. During this time, I provided managerial oversight for all grant-funded court programs which included researching and writing grants, developing program scopes, and preparing program and annual budgets. In this role, I regularly collected quantitative and qualitative data to determine needs of the court and analyzed and reported the efficacy of services on a quarterly and annual basis to appropriate local, state, and federal agencies. My most notable achievement while in this role included leading the efforts for the court to receive increased funding for the Drug Treatment Court program to expand and enhance drug court operations and substance use disorder treatment services. In addition, I successfully implemented a county-wide public Family Law seminar program for litigants navigating through the court process.
