In my role as Innovation Manager at Tractebel, one of the leading global engineering consultancies, I spearhead the transformation of pioneering ideas into market-ready innovations, overseeing the journey from concept to commercialization. My expertise in management and business model is instrumental on initiating and implementing innovation programs across the entire value chain of nuclear engineering.
As part of the Innovation Lab Department - Performing relevant research to identify available fund & grant opportunities, evaluating the results and raising awareness; - Determining funding needs for innovative projects; - Providing dedicated, strategic and technical advice to applications of Tractebel's projects to EU funding programmes. - Following the development of European funding programmes (Horizon Europe, CEF, LIFE, Innovation Fund, etc) - Structuring an internal network among project promoters to guarantee the circulation of information - Ensuring coordination of applications to call for proposals
Manage the Framework proposals preparation and projects implementation for the European Institutions (EC, EIB, EBRD), as follows: − Preparation of proposals for Framework agreements − After the Framework agreement signature, drafting of offers for mission requests for worldwide assignments (search of CVs, contact and negotiation with experts, selection of candidates, budget preparation, monitoring of offers, etc.) − Securing the adherence to Framework Contract rules and EU account guidelines − Ensuring that won requests are correctly implemented by the stakeholders (partners, freelance or internal teams) − Monitoring the success rate, analysing and interpreting the client feedback. • Support commercial teams with transversal offers and make sure that EIB, EBRD & European Commission’s requirements are met. • Act as a point of contact between the European Institutions, external partners, freelance experts and Tractebel staff members.
In charge of commercialization of the services of Tractebel related to Energy Transition projects from public or private funding including ENGIE, European Commission, EIB, The World Bank, GIZ. − Weekly commercial meeting to follow up new leads and offers; − Organization of Go/No Go decision; − Submission of tenders: price setting, selection of partners, build proposal, propose the project team etc...; − Preparation of the tender with interactions with experts, legal department, risk committee, highlighting competitive advantages of TRACTEBEL, redaction of the commercial parts; − Leading the team responsible for the tender (technical bid managers and sales assistant) and interacting with external stakeholders (client, partners, subcontractors…); − Keeping track of the submitted tender and being responsible until final negotiation and contract signature.
Provided support to the team regarding the transition to paperless contract management through a sharepoint. Responsible for training users and developing training materials.
Responsible for writing the user's manual for Digital Fault Recorders and Time Synchronization devices, both highly sophisticated equipment used primarily in power plants. Also in charge of the visual communication related to the two products.
Responsible for establishing procedures, notably for enabling successful follow-up from product concept, through development and determining product features, to final product including packaging. Ensuring liaison between R&D department and Commercial department.
Main task writing user's manuals for telephone sets and PBX
