Refurbishment of and extensions to a Grade 1 listed building, plus 305 new build student bedrooms. • Roche Products Limited, Welwyn Garden City, Herts – invited competition for a new corporate headquarters to accommodate 985 staff being relocated from four existing sites. • Pfizer Limited, Walton Oaks, Surrey - UK corporate headquarters, phased development for owner occupier on a brownfield site. RIBA Regional Award Winner 2002. • Motorola GPD, Swindon - headquarters, mobile phone base-station manufacturing and research facility. RIBA Regional Award Winner 1999. • Broken Wharf House, Upper Thames Street, London – concept and scheme design for speculative commercial office by St. Paul’s Cathedral. • Aviation House, Kingsway, London – mixed use redevelopment including commercial offices, supermarket, retail and restaurant units for London & Regional Properties.
• Pimlico Village, Victoria, London - mixed use redevelopment, with 178 units for Network Housing Association, a supermarket for J. Sainsbury and eight additional retail units. • Holly Street Estate, Hackney, London - redevelopment masterplan involving the demolition of existing 60’s high rise and phased construction of 1056 units in a reinstated street pattern, for Circle 33 Housing Association.
• Whitegrove Primary, Bracknell, Berks - new build, Basic Needs primary school for Reading Borough Council. • Broughton Residence, Highclere - private residence within school grounds for the headmaster and family. • Three Mile Cross, Reading - M4 corridor patrol-car base for Thames Valley Police. • Micro Focus, Newbury, Berks - Corporate headquarters re-using existing concrete frame, delivered in packages under a management contract.
