- Responsible for technical (e.g. Change Requests) and commercial (e.g. price, claims) negotiations during the entire product life cycle with the customer, conclude contracts and ensure the implementation of the agreements in the organization - Assuring the customer satisfaction - Monitoring and coordinating the various departments to produce the product on time and within budget - Managing of sales data and tracking action to meet the working capital targets - Responsible for continues optimization
