Julian Franke, M.Sc. Arch., B.A. Phil., studied architecture in Münster and Berlin as well as philosophy in Berlin and Cork, Ireland. Experience as a design and project architect in Berlin and Zurich, including for Grüntuch Ernst Architekten, KCAP Kees Christiaanse Architects & Planners and Holzer Kobler Architekturen. From 2021-2023 research assistant at the Competence Center Typology & Planning at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts with research projects on building culture, the Anthropocene and urban development. Publications on topics at the intersection of architectural philosophy, semiotics, epistemology and aesthetics. Currently employed by CBA Architekten AG and Impact Hub Zürich AG and works independently as a coach and mental trainer for creative people, managers and athletes.
