Some careers follow a straight line. Mine has followed the complexity. I spent the better part of a decade in financial and investor services, where operational risk and governance weren't buzzwords — they were the job. That foundation eventually brought me to Japan, where I now lead governance and change initiatives inside one of the country's major mobile telco companies. The through-line across both worlds: I help organizations make sense of how they operate, fix what's broken, and build structures that don't fall apart under pressure.
