I’m a Commercial Multi/ IFR group 1 rated pilot from Montreal, Quebec. I recently graduated from an integrated Frozen ATPL college program from a flight school in St. Hubert, Quebec ( CYHU). With nearly five years of customer service experience in the restaurant industry, I have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, people-facing environments. I have also gained hands-on experience as a ramp agent for an airline, where I built a solid foundation in ground operations, safety procedures, and aircraft servicing. Together, these roles have equipped me with a versatile skill set that spans both direct customer interaction and behind-the-scenes operational work.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ After multiple years of rigorous studying and determination, I’m now ready to begin my career as a pilot.     - Trained and certified to conduct ground operations on the following fleet of aircraft for Air Inuit and Hydro Quebec fleet : De Havilland Canada Dash 8 - 100, 300 , q400 , as well as the Boeing 737-200 & 800 next gen variants. - load and unload passenger/ cargo aircraft.     I currently work part time at the Montreal-Mirabel International Airpot as a Ramp Handler for Federal Express. - I am currently trained and certified to conduct operations on the following aircraft: Boeing 757, Boeing 767 and Airbus A300 - I am trained in marshalling aircraft into their respective gates, chocking and securing the plane , opening and closing cargo and passenger doors, securing passenger staircase to the aircraft, securing the tether to the planes. - I am certified and trained to drive and operate the following : TUG vehicle ( used to transport containers to and from aircraft’s) , Belt Loaders ( used for loading and offloading cargo from the aircraft’s cargo holds) and FMC (used for loading larger pallets or containers onto cargo aircraft) - I am also trained to operate the scales which essentially enables me to ensure that all containers leaving the federal express facility for the aircraft’s are properly weighed and documented before they board the planes to ensure proper weight distribution and safety.

    Crew member at one of the busiest McDonalds 24 hour locations in Canada. Cashier, counted money and ensured the exact dollar amount remained in the cash by closing hours. Served hundreds of clients per day with a smile on my face like Ronald McDonald would appreciate. Worked Uber deliveries, ensuring each order was properly packed, labelled and each item was up to standard. Counted inventory, made sure all utensils and food prep items were where they needed to be. Managing daily food consumption and wasted based off the allocated stocked inventory. Worked full time throughout my time there for the experience. Worked through the worst period of the COVID-19 lockdown. - worked overnight shifts as well to experience the true scope of the job. 11pm-7am
