Product Manager | Herrenknecht AG | VSM – Efficient Shaft Construction Solutions for Challenging Projects As a Product Manager at Herrenknecht AG, I am responsible for the Vertical Shaft Sinking Machine (VSM), which has successfully created shafts in over 110 projects worldwide – with depths of up to 120 meters and high precision. In close collaboration with sales, customers, and engineering, I ensure that the VSM is continuously adapted to meet the latest requirements and geological conditions, maintaining technical excellence in mechanized shaft construction. The VSM offers an efficient, flexible, and safe solution for shaft construction in various geological conditions. With diameters ranging from 4.5 to 18 meters and depths of up to 250 meters, the machine is ideal for tunnel drives, underground structures, storage facilities, or automated parking solutions. The combination of high efficiency, maximum safety, and environmental sustainability makes the VSM the preferred choice for challenging ground conditions. I work closely with construction companies and planners to develop tailored solutions while keeping project costs economically focused.
