About

I work at the intersection of energy, finance, and execution — translating between capital and the reality of building and scaling a business. Most recently Senior Finance Manager and sparring partner to the co-CEOs at Green Fusion, a Berlin cleantech scale-up (ARR €1M → €3M, Series A). I was the connective tissue between leadership, finance, product, and operations — turning complexity into board-ready decisions and keeping priorities moving. Before Berlin, a decade at the World Bank Group — 7 years at the IFC (its private-sector investment arm) and 2.5 at the World Bank — at the intersection of energy technologies, electricity markets, and investment. I built investment strategies across renewables, battery storage, and distributed generation, and owned project development from opportunity through financing to delivery, with regular C-level and board engagement. Analytical depth, structured execution, calm under pressure. As comfortable with a P&L as with a scaling roadmap. M.A., Johns Hopkins SAIS. German (native), English (bilingual). Areas of focus · Strategy & Operations — chief-of-staff-type roles, cross-functional orchestration, scaling · Energy & Cleantech — market dynamics, regulation, decentralized energy, storage · Finance & Capital — project & blended finance, investment strategy, funding structures, financial modeling · Leadership & Communication — C-level stakeholder management, English & German (bilingual)
