Before Berlin, a decade at the World Bank Group — 7 years at the IFC (its private-sector investment arm) and 2.5 at the World Bank — at the intersection of energy technologies, electricity markets, and investment. I built investment strategies across renewables, battery storage, and distributed generation, and owned project development from opportunity through financing to delivery, with regular C-level and board engagement.
