I am an AI specialist and product leader working at the intersection of data, AI, governance, and organisational transformation. My career has evolved from scientific research in physics and sustainability to leading product development in data-driven environments, co-founding a climate tech startup, and delivering enterprise Generative AI solutions. This journey has shaped my systems-level perspective: combining technical depth with strategic execution and an understanding of how organisations adopt and operationalise new technologies. Today, my focus is on defining practical AI governance frameworks and enabling responsible AI adoption at scale — not only through policy, but by building internal capability and fostering AI literacy across teams. Beyond my core role, I actively contribute to the Finnish data and AI ecosystem through community initiatives and operational involvement in DataTribe Collective. • Defined and executed product strategy for a Generative AI enterprise SaaS knowledge management platform leveraging LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Led a cross-functional product team of 4 (Azure architect, AI lead, senior and frontend developers) • Owned the end-to-end product lifecycle: product vision, roadmap, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market execution • Delivered 20+ enterprise AI pilot projects and proof-of-concepts, validating use cases and enabling customer adoption • Led product marketing initiatives, producing thought leadership content, educational materials, and video training programs
