Responsible for new product development of hot melt adhesives for hygiene applications including working with customers to understand requirements, formulation and testing of adhesives, setting of specifications and support of role out to full scale production. Also management of the current product range, including plant support, quality control and customer complaint technical service.
Part of a team working on new product development of hotmelt adhesives for hygiene applications, including formulating and testing of adhesives and investigating potential alternative raw materials to maintain security of supply and improve cost effectiveness.
