- Act as the primary HR Business Partner for clients and experts, aligning People initiatives with business goals and providing strategic HR support. - Partner with managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. - Leverage HR analytics, people metrics, and client reporting to support data-driven decisions and proactively mitigate business risks. - Lead key People initiatives, including onboarding, Learning & Development, and process improvements to enhance the employee experience. - Manage and mentor a team of 2 People Partners and 1 HR Operations Specialist, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality HR service delivery.
•Coordinating execution of the following processes: onboarding, performance management,retention risks management (one-on-ones conducting), rotations, service terminations; • Consulting employees on career development, company policies, and procedures; • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues; • Providing trainings/consultations to senior and middle management on organizing and conducting appraisals, 360* feedback sessions to develop and communicate goals and create personal development plans • HR data analysis.
-verification and analysis of documents of different difficulty levels; -customers consultation on incoming documentation; -analysis of documents, sending errors and comments with explanations and additions; -organization of a call center, optimization of the distribution of phone calls and frequently asked questions.
